Crouse Health announced it has appointed REBECCA HOUDE director of human resources. She most recently served as chief human resources officer for Helio Health (formerly Syracuse Behavioral Healthcare – SBH). Prior to that, Houde was human-resources director for SBH and also served in various HR roles for Empire Vision Centers in Syracuse. In her new role at Crouse, she will oversee all HR functions, including strategic direction, planning coordination, workforce development, talent acquisition and management, compensation and benefits, and leadership and staff development. Houde, a Syracuse native, holds an MBA from SUNY Oswego.
