Syracuse is designated as a workforce hub, focused on chip manufacturing

U.S. President Joseph Biden on Thursday announced Syracuse as an Investing in America Workforce Hub, along with Milwaukee, Philadelphia, and Detroit and Lansing, Michigan. The Syracuse hub will focus on semiconductor manufacturing. Biden also used the Syracuse visit to formally announce the agreement between Micron Technology Inc.
