VICTOR, N.Y. — Dixon Schwabl + Company (DS+CO), a Rochester–area marketing agency, says it has a new CEO.
The firm’s president, Jessica Savage, has now added the CEO role as well, effective immediately, the agency announced.
It is just the second leadership transition in the nearly 37-year-history of the company, Nadine General, managing director of communications for Dixon Schwabl, tells CNYBJ in an email. DS+CO does a “considerable amount of business in Syracuse,” General noted.

The firm describes Savage as a “poised and proven” leader with 22 years at DS+CO. She has co-led the agency since 2020, when owners Lauren Dixon and Mike Schwabl“handed her and Allen the baton” to become president and CEO, respectively.
