GREENE, N.Y. — The Raymond Corporation, Broome-Tioga Board of Cooperative Educational Services (BOCES), the Greene Central School District, and Seton Catholic Central recently celebrated this year’s five graduates of the Youth Apprenticeship Program at the manufacturer.
The program provides a hands-on, experiential approach to learning for juniors and seniors in high school. Apprentices spend two years at Raymond headquarters in Greene, where they deepen their knowledge in their chosen fields and explore various disciplines that may include engineering, finance, manufacturing, and more.
This year’s program graduates are Caroline Jeffery, Mallory Jeffery, Austin deHaan, and Dominick Kresin from the Greene Central School District, and Andrew Erickson from Seton Catholic Central in Binghamton.
