Sanderson joined the company in 2015 as the director of strategic planning and become the director of staffing services in 2020. Prior to CPS Recruitment, he had an extensive career in sales and management positions. Sanderson is actively involved in the Syracuse rugby community and is a graduate of Syracuse University with a degree in political science.
