MACNY to expand advanced- manufacturing apprenticeships using $6M federal grant

The federal government has awarded DeWitt–based MACNY, the Manufacturers Association, a $6 million grant to expand registered apprenticeships for advanced-manufacturing jobs, including those in the semiconductor industry. The program will help train workers for positions at companies that include Micron Technology Inc.
