Cornhill Project looks to revitalize Utica neighborhood

The Cornhill Project, spearheaded by the Community Foundation of Herkimer and Oneida Counties, plans to build two impact centers in the Cornhill neighborhood of Utica, adding apartments, community space, a business incubator, a grocery store, and more to the area.
