Road projects set for upstate areas to boost resiliency

Marie Therese Dominguez, commissioner of the New York State Department of Transportation, on Dec. 4 announced $100 million for road work in 70 locations around New York state that will begin this spring. Dominguez spoke at the New York State Fairgrounds.
