SYRACUSE, N.Y. — A lawyer based in the Syracuse headquarters is among five attorneys Barclay Damon LLP has elevated to partner at the firm.
Ross Greenky is a member of the firm’s labor & employment practice area. The additional four attorneys elevated to partner are in the Albany or Buffalo offices, the law firm said.
Greenky concentrates his practice on counseling employers regarding workplace issues, and he routinely handles audits and investigations from the New York State Department of Labor and the U.S. Department of Labor, as well as the New York City Department of Consumer Affairs.
Greenky also litigates employment-related matters in federal and state courts and before the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the New York State Division of Human Rights.
Based in Syracuse, Barclay Damon has about 300 attorneys with additional offices in Albany, Boston, Buffalo, New Haven, New York City, Rochester, Washington D.C., and Toronto.
