Quest, who previously served as the Seneca Falls–based college’s controller, will oversee the work of the finance division in her new role. The division includes human resources, the controller’s office, payroll, and student accounts.
“Ms. Quest’s extensive experience and in-depth understanding of our college’s finances make her an outstanding leader to fill this vice-presidential role,” Northeast College President Michael Mestan said in a news release. “I look forward to continued great work as she becomes a member of Northeast College senior staff.”
Quest has been with Northeast College of Health Sciences (formerly called New York Chiropractic College) since October 2005, having assisted with management of the fiscal operations of the college. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Le Moyne College and previously worked for Dermody, Burke & Brown, CPAs, LLC.

Anglim served 22 years at Northeast College as its chief financial officer. He began his career at accounting firms PricewaterhouseCoopers and Dermody, Burke & Brown.
