NORWICH, N.Y. — Catherine Raymond has recently joined NBT Bank as talent acquisition manager.
Raymond brings more than a decade of experience she will use to design, implement, and manage effective hiring strategies for candidates across the banking company’s seven-state footprint that align with its business goals.
“NBT Bank is growing, and it is important to have a strategy in place to recruit talented professionals who share our organization’s vision and values,” Cindy Smaniotto, chief human resources officer, said in a news release. “Catherine’s experience will help us to find the right people to join our team and bring even more value to our customers and the communities we serve.”
Raymond most recently served as talent acquisition operations manager at Oneida Nation Enterprises. Prior to that, she was the division manager at Accountemps, an accounting and finance staffing firm, according to her LinkedIn profile.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Nazareth College and has received numerous awards for her work. Raymond volunteers at the Boys & Girls Club and with the Wounded Warriors Project.
