AAA Western and Central New York (AAA WCNY) announced that KEVIN COSSELMAN is now leading its staff at the DeWitt Travel and Insurance Center. He will manage the current agent salesforce. Cosselman comes to AAA with a broad array of performance management and sales-leadership experience including business development and customer-service development. His background includes business banking, where he promoted business development and B2B opportunities. Cosselman is a graduate of SUNY Empire State.
TODD INGRAHAM has rejoined AAA’s team as Central New York fleet operations manager. Ingraham joined the club in 1991 as a business-management graduate of Bryant and Stratton and worked his way up to fleet-operations manager. After a two-year departure from the club, Ingraham has returned to his former position. He will also serve as a resource to local media outlets, sharing his expertise on auto-related topics with area reporters.
