Branch lobbies will be closed to walk-in customers; however, lobby services will be available by appointment only at designated locations for special account needs (such as loan closings, etc.).

The designated locations include 2817 Genesee St. in Utica; 1709 Black River Blvd. in Rome; 214 N. Washington St. in Herkimer; 13150 State Route 12 in Boonville; and 38 Hadjis Way in Lake Placid, per the news release.

“As we all know, 2020 has been a trying year. Although we have many things to look forward to with the holidays and the new year approaching, we cannot look past the current situation,” Rocco Arcuri, Sr., president and CEO of Adirondack Bank, said. “Adirondack Bank remains focused on protecting our customers’ and employees’ well-being first and foremost. The temporary operational changes that we are once again implementing allow us to do so while continuing to safely service our local communities.”
