ADMAR relocates DeWitt store to larger Cicero location

CICERO, N.Y. — ADMAR Construction Equipment and Supplies announced it has moved to a new, larger store at 7800 Brewerton Road in Cicero, effective Monday, from its previous home on Drott Drive in DeWitt.

ADMAR, which employs 30 people at this store, serves contractors, landscapers, and do-it-yourselfers.

With a newly designed and expansive showroom, ADMAR will showcase a larger selection of equipment available for rent or for purchase including earth movers, light towers, generators, aerial lifts, concrete finishing and placement equipment, compaction and material-handling equipment, the company said in a news release. It didn’t disclose square footage for the new store.

Manufacturers, including Kubota, Honda Power Equipment, STIHL, and Wacker Neuson will have specialty displays to give customers an in-depth look into the products. The new location also offers equipment service and an extensive selection of parts, the release noted.

“ADMAR is a family-owned business that has been a part of upstate New York for four generations,” Greg Downing, director of branch operations at ADMAR, said in the release. “We are excited about strengthening our commitment to our customers in Syracuse and the surrounding areas by improving our presence through our enhanced facilities and expanded offerings of state-of-the-art construction equipment and supplies.”

ADMAR is headquartered near Rochester and also has stores in the Albany, Binghamton, Buffalo, and Canandaigua markets, as well as in the Erie and Scranton/Wilkes-Barre regions of Pennsylvania.
