Amazon says it encourages candidates to bring work-authorization documentation for on-the-spot hiring.

Amazon jobs provide benefits for regular full-time employees. They include career advancement; pre-paid tuition at select local colleges; and earned pay access, health, vision, and dental insurance from the first day on the job; a 401(k) with 50 percent company match; up to 20 week’s paid leave, and six weeks of parental leave; and Amazon’s Resources for Living program, a free mental-health benefit offering services and support for employees, their families, and their households, the company said.
