Alissa Sykes Tulloch was promoted to executive VP and chief operating officer to lead the credit union’s growth initiatives. Tulloch joined AmeriCU in 2020 as chief experience officer, where she focused on the retail process and member experience. She brings more than 17 years of experience in the credit-union industry, having previously served as a chief lending officer and chief growth officer at Sunmark Credit Union, according to her LinkedIn profile.
Bryan Delehanty has joined the AmeriCU team as chief financial officer. He has a 30-years of experience in credit unions, with his most recent position being executive VP and chief financial officer at Sunmark, per his his LinkedIn profile. In his new role, Delehanty will provide strategic direction for AmeriCU’s finance division and participate in the credit union’s strategic-planning process.
Jin Gwak is AmeriCU’s new chief digital and information officer. Gwak first joined the credit union in 2013 and previously served as chief information officer. In her new role, she will focus on infrastructure, making internal technological advancements to propel AmeriCU toward a digitally inclusive business model, and foundational improvements that will pave the way for future progress and innovations, the credit union explained in a news release. Gwak currently serves on the board of directors for Leadership Greater Syracuse, a civic-leadership training organization.
Dyana Herrig-O’Neill was promoted to chief experience officer at AmeriCU. She has been with the credit union for more than 35 years, most recently as senior VP of member relations. In her new role, Herrig-O’Neill will focus on enhancing the credit union’s retail and operational processes as well as making continuous improvements to AmeriCU’s member-delivery channels.
