ROME, N.Y. — AmericCU Credit Union has launched its new virtual financial center, providing members the means to efficiently manage their finances from anywhere.

The enhanced digital-engagement method gives members access to credit-union services entirely online. AmeriCU has a team available to handle transactions, inquiries, and applications virtually.

“Our Virtual Financial Center team is able to provide nearly the same service experience members receive and expect when visiting an office in person with the added convenience of being able to connect on screen from anywhere,” Kristy D’Imperio, assistant vice president member contact center, said in a press release. “This allows members who relocate or travel frequently the opportunity to continue being an AmeriCU member and deepens our relationship so we can continue to help them succeed.”
