AmeriCU’s Pfisterer beats back challenge to claim another 3-year NYCUA board term

According to a release from NYCUA, Pfisterer won a contested election to represent credit unions with more than $100 million in assets.

Additionally, in the asset tier of up to $25 million, John C. Gibardi of Entertainment Industries FCU will serve another three-year term; and Robyn Young, of Great Erie Federal Credit Union, in the asset tier of $25 million to $100 million, will serve an additional three-year term.

Marie Betti of Western New York FCU was again appointed board chairwoman. Ann Hynes of SPX FCU was named vice chair, Young was named treasurer, and Gibardi was named secretary.

Rounding out the 11-member board are: Laurie Baker of The Summit FCU; Vicky Burdick of Jamestown Area Community FCU; Frank DeGraw of Sunmark FCU; Barbara Dillon of SUNY Geneseo FCU; Tony Rohrmeier of Hudson Valley FCU; and Michael Tobler of Albany Firemen’s FCU.
