SALINA, N.Y. — Salina–based Associated Medical Professionals (A.M.P.) announced that Dr. Angelo DeRosalia will become its new chairman and CEO on March 1.
DeRosalia will replace the retiring Dr. Howard Williams in that role. He’ll lead the medical practice with more than 50 providers and more than 325 support staff.
DeRosalia, a urologist, has been with A.M.P. since it was formed in 2008. He will continue to see his patients at the A.M.P. North Medical location in Clay, the organization said.
He brings “great experience” to the position as chief of the urology service at St. Joseph’s Health hospital, A.M.P. added.
A.M.P. operates its corporate office at 100 Metropolitan Park Dr. in Salina, one of 10 A.M.P. offices. The practice also services nine hospital systems across five counties in Central New York .
