The firm, based in Salina, has additional locations in Albany, Rochester, Ellenville, Newburgh, Buffalo, Plattsburgh, and Camp Hill, Pa. John Condino, senior project manager and a lifetime resident of Watertown, will manage the new office. Condino joined the firm in 2006 after working in the North Country in the public and private sectors for more than three decades, according to Barton and Loguidice.
