Bassett Healthcare Network names VP

COOPERSTOWN — Bill Stamp has been named vice president of marketing, strategic planning, and corporate communications at Bassett Healthcare Network.

As vice president, Stamp oversees Bassett Healthcare Network’s strategic-planning process, corporate marketing, and communications. He works closely with affiliate hospital CEOs and senior administrative and clinical leaders at Bassett Medical Center. Stamp is also a member of the senior leadership team at Bassett Medical Center.

Stamp has worked at Bassett since 1999 and has held roles as director and executive director in the marketing, planning, and PR areas of the health-care organization.

Stamp holds an MBA from Binghamton University. He is a past board member of the Otsego County Chamber and the American Heart Association, and is active in the American College of Healthcare Executives and American Hospital Association, Bassett said. Stamp resides in Oneonta.
