BILL SISCO has joined LaBella Associates, DPC’s Environmental Division as the Central New York Regional environmental manager. He will be based in LaBella’s Syracuse office at the Tech Garden.
Sisco has 23 years of experience providing environmental due diligence and remediation services for a variety of clients including financial institutions, developers, and state and local agencies. He was previously the president of RJS Environmental, Inc.
