New York State Police at Endwell say they arrested Christian R. Wilson, age 23, on Aril 15 for the felony of criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree.
State troopers were dispatched to the report of a vehicle left running in the Speedway parking lot in Union. When the police showed up, they didn’t see anyone near the car or truck.
