MCMAHON represents clients in various litigation matters from declaratory judgment actions and insurance-coverage disputes to products and premises liability, motor-vehicle law, and construction-law matters. He has litigated cases before all state and federal courts for motion practice, pretrial, and settlement conferences up to and including trials. Prior to joining Bond, McMahon was principal law clerk to Judge Joseph E. Lamendola, Onondaga County Supreme Court, and to Judge Brian F.
