Bond, Schoeneck & King PLLC announced that DORI K. BAILEY has joined the firm’s Syracuse office. She is a business law attorney who has managed all phases of corporate transactions. Bailey has particular experience in banking and business-valuation matters, and has published and presented articles on banking and other business-law issues. She was previously associated with Latham & Watkins, LLP in Washington, D.C., where she represented clients in all facets of corporate transactional matters. An adjunct professor of law at Syracuse University College of Law, Bailey teaches courses on banking law and business valuation law. ROBERT R. TYSON, a member in the firm’s Syracuse office, has been named chair of the firm’s 40-attorney property department. He is an environmental and energy attorney. Bond, Schoeneck & King has appointed litigation attorney CLIFFORD TSAN as the firm’s first diversity and professional development leader. He will focus on diversity and inclusion initiatives for all associate attorneys. In his legal practice, Tsan brings in-depth experience and creative problem-solving skills to clients facing high-stakes litigation matters in several industries. He is also experienced in arbitration and mediation.
