SYRACUSE, N.Y. — Breeze Airways announced that it is adding new nonstop air service from Syracuse to Norfolk, Virginia beginning June 2.
The new route is seasonal for the summer and continues through Sept. 5.
“We are excited that Breeze Airways has announced seasonal nonstop service from Syracuse to Norfolk,” Jason Terreri, executive director of the Syracuse Regional Airport Authority, said in a Breeze news release. “Our growing partnership with Breeze Airways further diversifies the portfolio of destinations our travelers can conveniently fly directly to from Syracuse.”

“Here we grow again,” David Neeleman, founder and CEO of Breeze Airways, said in the release. “We always look for routes that people are traveling today but can’t get there nonstop. Now guests flying from Syracuse can get to Norfolk twice as fast, for about half the price!”
Salt Lake City, Utah–based Breeze Airways is a low-cost airline that began operations in May 2021 after being founded three years earlier.
