Brian Smith

Brian Smith recently joined Preferred Mutual Insurance Company as vice president and chief human resources officer. He brings more than 30 years of human-resources experience to Preferred Mutual, most recently serving as the HR leader for Allianz Global Risks in Chicago and New York. Smith earned his MBA from Adelphi University. He is a charter sponsor of the Center for Advanced HR Studies at Cornell University, and a contributing member of the Center for Effective Organizations at the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.
