Brody Smith practices in environmental and property law at the firm. His experience in the environmental arena includes litigation and regulatory matters, according to Bond.
He has worked on issues involving eminent domain, mining, code enforcement, land use, zoning, permitting, the New York State Environmental Quality Review Act, Clean Water Act, Clean Air Act, the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act, the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, and toxic torts, the firm said.
