Carthage Area Hospital to host career fair for licensed practical nurses

CARTHAGE, N.Y. — Carthage Area Hospital says it will host a career fair for licensed practical nurses (LPNs) in early March.

The event is set for March 8 from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Carthage Family Health Center conference room at 117 N. Mechanic St. in Carthage. Registration is required to attend.

The organization has LPN job opening at Women’s Way to Wellness, an OB/BYN clinic, Carthage Family Health Center, Carthage Pediatric Clinic, and CAH Neurosurgical Clinic.

Those applying for the LPN jobs should be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and have a license or be eligible for licensure in New York. Carthage Area Hospital also prefers one to three years of “relevant” experience.

The hospital also notes that $3,000 sign-on bonuses are available.
