ANCA hires Cooper as new executive director

SARANAC LAKE, N.Y. — The Adirondack North Country Association (ANCA) board of directors on July 1 announced that Elizabeth Cooper will succeed Kate Fish as executive director.  Fish has led the rural economic-development organization for 12 years.
