More than 500 boats will be on sale at the show, which runs through Sunday, Feb. 17 and encompasses the Center of Progress Building, the Horticulture Building, and the Exhibit Center. Boats will include cruisers, sport boats, pontoons, and personal watercraft. A limited number of luxury motor yachts will also be on display.
Organizers say the CNY Boat Show is the largest event of its kind in upstate New York.
The boat show will also feature a variety of free seminars, including freshwater angling with Captain Tony Buffa, “In the Water Life Vest Demonstration” from Dave White with the NY Sea Grant, and young boater safety from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy.
The boat show will be open from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday; from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturday; and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday. Admission is $10 for adults; children 13 and younger are admitted free. Parking is free.
