CHARLES BRUNDZA has been named assistant manager of CNY fleet operations for AAA Western and Central New York (WCNY). He will oversee AAA WCNY’s emergency roadside assistance fleet and contractors, ensuring quality service to all members in the Central New York region. He comes to AAA WCNY with 20 years of transportation and fleet management experience. Brundza has extensive experience with fleet compliance, training associates, and safety standards. He was also previously a Connecticut State Trooper. Brundza has an associate degree in business and has continued his education through countless training and leadership courses through Cornell University, Tompkins Cortland Community College, and others.
