Chemung Chamber presents small-business webinars this week

ELMIRA, N.Y. — The Chemung County Chamber of Commerce will present a week-long webinar education series focused on small businesses and entrepreneurship this week, May 2-5.

Topics during the week include:

May 2 – 12 p.m., panel discussion on business startup topics that include grants and funding opportunities and customer discovery.

May 3 – 10 a.m., Eiron Smith of Howell, Liberator & Associates will present on branding for small businesses.

May 4 – 10 a.m., Amanda Lasky, Mike Wilson, Nicole Juda, and David Prince of Databranch will discuss how to prevent cybercrime. This webinar is presented in partnership with Datto & Greater Olean Area Chamber of Commerce and is free for Olean chamber members.

May 5 – 10 a.m.., Mark Fife of Chemung Canal Trust Company will talk about how a financial institution looks at loan requests.

Webinars are free for Chemung County Chamber of Commerce members and $5 for non-members. Registration is available at www.chemungchamber.org under events and programming.
