Mohawk Valley Community Action Agency, Inc. has appointed CHRISTOPHER BURNS as fiscal director. He is an accomplished financial manager with more than 12 years of experience in reimbursement, regulatory reporting, cost accounting, and financial management. Burns holds a master’s degree and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Le Moyne College.
