CICERO — Cleghorn Properties, LLC recently purchased the multi-industrial complex at 6177 South Bay Road for $1.1 million from EJ Company.

The property has two buildings totaling 37,200 square feet, situated on about 12 acres of land. Cleghorn Properties bought the property with plans to lease the two buildings.

Gary Cottet and Patrick Hillery of Cushman & Wakefield / Pyramid Brokerage Company exclusively marketed the property on behalf of the seller. 

Cleghorn Properties says it is a full-service, family-owned property management company serving Syracuse and the surrounding region. The firm is based at 4901 Jamesville Road in the town of DeWitt.
