Colette Thompson

Helio Health has appointed Colette Thompson as chief human resources officer. She has been with Helio Health for 11 years. During her time with the organization, Colette earned her MBA and became a Society for Human Resources Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). She has held positions in human resources including talent acquisition, generalist, and specialist. Colette brings with her the passion and dedication to the mission of Helio Health. “When I began with Helio Health 11 years ago, we had just over 200 colleagues, and today I am proud to say we have over 1,000 and are continuing to grow,” Thompson says. “I understand the challenges Helio Health faces in providing the best work experience for our colleagues and have the vision and initiative to take Helio Health to the next level as chief human resources officer. I look forward to utilizing my passion and dedication to demonstrate that our colleagues are our great asset.”
