DeWITT — Community Bank System, Inc. (NYSE: CBU) — parent company of Community Bank, N.A. — recently announced that it has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 45 cents per share of its common stock for the first quarter. The dividend will be payable on April 10, to shareholders of record as of March 15. The quarterly payment equates to an annualized yield of about 3.9 percent, based on the banking company’s current stock price.
