The board oversees the operation of the college’s alumni association, which is comprised of more than 26,000 undergraduate and 3,000 graduate alumni of Le Moyne. The board advises on matters relating to the Office of Alumni & Parent Engagement, Le Moyne alumni, and the college at large, according to a news release issued by Barclay Damon, a Syracuse–based law firm.
Cook, a partner in Barclay Damon’s Intellectual Property Litigation and Commercial Litigation practice areas, graduated from Le Moyne in 1995. He has served on the alumni association board since 2009 in a variety of capacities, including VP and chair of the membership and governance committee.
Le Moyne is a Jesuit college located in Syracuse, enrolling more than 3,500 undergraduate and graduate students.
