Cornell University, USDA break ground on grape-research lab in Geneva

Officials from Cornell University and the U.S. Department of Agriculture on Wednesday joined U.S. Senate Majority Leader Charles Schumer (D–N.Y.) to break ground on the upcoming National Grape Improvement Center in Geneva.
