Poplawski has litigation experience drafting and arguing motions, conducting legal research, and witness and trial preparation. He also has experience conducting depositions. Prior to joining Barclay Damon, Poplawski was assistant corporation counsel for the Tort Division of the New York City Law Department. He also served as a law clerk at a law firm in Syracuse.
