SYRACUSE, N.Y. — Flormar, an international makeup retailer, will open a store at Destiny USA before the end of the year.
The store will open on the Syracuse mall’s first floor in an 835-square-foot space between The Limited and Aeropostale, according to Destiny USA.
“It’s a small space, but they [Flormar] always have the option to expand if they want,” says Krista Tysco, public relations and social-media coordinator at Destiny USA.

Flormar sells makeup including nail polish, blush, foundation, eye shadow, mascara, lipstick, hand creams, and other personal-care and cosmetic products.
Founded in the 1970s in Milan, Italy, the company has since moved production to Turkey, from which it exports products to more than 80 countries on four continents.
Flormar has more than 200 stores internationally, but currently only one in the U.S., in Middletown, N.Y. Flormar is also opening a location later this year in the Mall at Bay Plaza in the Bronx.
