BINGHAMTON, N.Y. — CPL — a Rochester–based architecture, engineering, and planning firm — announced it has added Mulekezi Loïc Sebuharara to its plumbing engineering team in its Binghamton office.

With more than a decade of industry experience, Sebuharara will focus on the design of plumbing and fire-protection systems from the beginning conceptual design stages to complete contract drawings for a range of project types, CPL said. He previously served as a mechanical engineer at Delta Engineers, Architects, & Land Surveyors, which is based in Endwell.

Sebuharara has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University at Buffalo and is certified as a LEED green associate. He resides in Vestal.

Founded in 1975, CPL has more than 400 employees across its 15 offices — nine in New York state, three offices in North Carolina, two in Georgia, and one office in South Carolina. CPL says it specializes in the health care, transportation, municipal, and academic sectors — providing architectural, interior design, civil engineering, structural engineering, planning, landscape architecture and 3D/virtual-design services.
