SALINA — C&S Design Build, the construction and program management business at the C&S Cos., has a new vice president and general manager.
Shibel Jabaji will be responsible for all day-to-day activities of the practice, which has managed more than $1 billion in projects over the past few years, according to Salina–based C&S.
Jabaji was previously vice president and project executive at Lend Lease (US) Construction, Inc. He served as project executive for major capital improvement projects at Jamesville-Dewitt Central School District, Fort Drum, Indian River Central School District, Bath Central School District, Massena Memorial Hospital, and the Central New York Regional Transportation Center, according to C&S. He has experience with public works, education, health care, and housing projects.

C&S Design Building has experience in education, higher education, health care, transportation, and private-sector development, the company said. Current projects include the expansion at Syracuse Hancock International Airport, a new building at Onondaga Community College, and renovations at the Oswego County Board of Cooperative Educational Services.
C&S has 14 locations throughout the country and provides services including engineering, construction, planning, and architecture. The company employs 450 people.
