OWEGO, N.Y. — TEAM Tioga announced that Christine Curtis has recently taken over as executive administrator of the Tioga County Industrial Development Agency (TCIDA).

In this role, Curtis will work to meet TCIDA’s mission to strengthen the economic base of the community by creating and retaining jobs, according to a TEAM Tioga news release.

Curtis, a native of Broome County, joins TCIDA from the Tioga County Treasurer’s office, where she had served as tax roll supervisor since 2016. She holds a bachelor’s degree in economic finance analysis from Binghamton University as well as an associate degree in business administration from SUNY Broome.

TEAM Tioga is comprised of TCIDA, the Tioga County Department of Economic Development & Planning, and the Tioga County Local Development Corporation.
