Dannible & McKee promotes Pompeii to tax partner

SYRACUSE, N.Y. — Dannible & McKee, LLP announced it has promoted Mickel Pompeii to tax partner.

The Syracuse–based Dannible & McKee — an accounting and consulting firm — also has offices in Binghamton and Albany.

Pompeii, a certified public accountant (CPA), started with the firm in 2009 and has experience in individual, partnership, and corporate-tax planning; financial planning; multi-state taxation; research and development; and international taxation and reporting. He specializes in manufacturing; architectural/engineering and other professional service firms; multi-state corporations; and high net-worth individuals.

“Mickel has consistently excelled in terms of service excellence, contribution to the firm’s growth, investment in people and expert knowledge,” Michael Reilly, managing partner of Dannible & McKee, said in a statement. “We are very pleased to welcome him into the partnership and look forward to the future.”

A resident of Phoenix in Oswego County, Pompeii earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Le Moyne College. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the New York State Society Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA), and the Certified Design Accountants Association (CDAA).
