The deal became “effective” Jan. 22, Delta announced. The firm didn’t release any financial terms of its acquisition deal with Haas Landscape Architects
Delta calls the merger a “natural fit,” citing “the complementary nature of professional services provided and common regional roots of the two firms.” The combination will “enhance the level of service available to present and future clients,” Delta said in a news release.
Besides Haas, three additional employees who worked for Haas have also joined Delta, increasing its employee count to 121, Kim Collavo, marketing manager at Delta Engineers, tells BJNN.
“Having Michael Haas and his talented staff of designers join Delta will give our clients access to award-winning landscape-architectural services. Our shared commitment to the communities that we serve will strengthen our ability to make a meaningful difference in the quality of life for residents of the Greater Binghamton and beyond,” Anthony Paniccia, president & CEO of Delta, said in the release.
Founded in 1976, Delta provides architectural, engineering, environmental, and survey and mapping services to clients throughout the U.S. Delta has New York offices in Endwell and Vernon, along with locations in Chevy Chase, Maryland and Tunkhannock, Pennsylvania.
