DIMITRIS KONSTANTAKOS joined its Endwell office as an assistant engineer. He earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Binghamton University. GREG UMBRA joined the Endwell office as an industrial hygienist technician in the Environmental Group. He earned a bachelor’s degree in water resources from SUNY Oneonta.
