Dominick Carbone nominated for national auto award

UTICA — Dominick Carbone, director of the Carbone Auto Group, is a nominee for the 2013 TIME Dealer of the Year award. Carbone is one of 57 dealer nominees from across the country who will be honored at the 96th annual National Automobile Dealers Association Convention and Exposition in Orlando, Fla., in February.

Carbone was selected to represent the New York State Automobile Dealers Association in the competition and is being recognized for his success in the industry and his community service.

Robert Vancavage, president of the state association, nominated Carbone, who was also nominated in 2002 and went on to become a top-five national finalist.
