SYRACUSE, N.Y. — The 15th annual Downtown Living Tour is set for this Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
The event provides attendees with a “sampling of some of the residential projects that have had the greatest impact on downtown Syracuse’s residential surge and transformation since the tour’s inception in 2007,” the Downtown Committee of Syracuse, Inc. said.
In 15 years, downtown’s residential population has grown 108 percent to 4,300 residents, up from 2,000 residents in 2007 when the tour was first held, the organization added.

The Tour Stop line-up also features some of the newest, innovative examples of urban living. At Commonspace and Washington Place, tourists will be wowed when they see how the concept of shared space has evolved.
