EMER M. STACK has joined Hancock Estabrook LLP as an associate and represents diverse clients in both state and federal courts throughout New York state. She is a member of the firm’s litigation and appellate practices. Stack previously served as law clerk to Hon. Elizabeth A. Wolford, U.S. District Judge for the Western District of New York, and was a law clerk in the Staff Attorney’s Office for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. She is a graduate of Cornell University and received her J.D. degree from Fordham University School of Law.
